Account access problems

Placing an order
Ordering online with MH is as easy as 1, 2, 3. First, browse through our selection of exciting items and choose the item(s) you want to purchase. Then, add the item to your shopping cart and continue shopping or proceed to check out. That's it! It's that easy.

Canceling my order 
After you click "Place Order," you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact a Customer Service Representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Sales tax 
... is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders with ship-to addresses within the states of New Jersey, New York, and Texas.

Absolutely! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your personal information cannot be intercepted and read by a third party. Your personal information and your credit card information are converted into bits of code that are transmitted securely. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit card information as a result of giving it to us over the Web, but if you ever suspect that your credit card information is being used without your knowledge, you should contact your credit card company immediately.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from MH If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges.
 
Prices change regularly. While we try to always offer the lowest price from the start, sometimes items will be put into clearance or have their prices reduced. Please be aware that, because of regularly changing prices, we do not offer returns or refunds due to a lower price now being available.
 
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. Laundered items will not be accepted. Each package requires a Return Authorization Number (RMA). After request has been submitted, you will receive an email with the RMA number and the address to ship the return to. All packages received by Shavel Home Products/... without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Credit 
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Here is what you will need to complete the form:

 

  • Click on the items you are returning and select the reason for the return.
  • Once form is completed and has been submitted, you will receive an email with a Return Form and where to send the return.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Insure package for proper protection.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return.

Shipping options 

We currently offer multiple shipping options with UPS to US addresses. With standard Ground Shipping, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 7 to 10 business days.

  • For an order to ship the same day, the order must be placed by 2pm Eastern US time. Orders placed after that time may not ship until the next day.
  • To receive your order by 12/24, the order must be placed by 2pm Eastern US time, and must be placed by 12/16 for ground shipping, 12/21 for 2nd Day Air shipping, and 12/22 for next day air shipping.

Shipping outside the United States 
Sorry we currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

Shipping to a P.O. box 
We're sorry, but you must provide us with a valid residential address in order to accommodate your request. For more information regarding UPS shipping requirements, please visit their web site at www.ups.com.

Order Status
You can look at past and pending orders. You must be a Registered Customer to use Order Status. Please log in to check your Order Status.

Also, you will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  • The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  • The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours after your package is shipped.
  • ... operates 8am to 5pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day, however that varies daily according to order volume. Please allow for up to 3-5 days for order processing before your order ships.
